As One of the Oldest Steakhouses in Evansville, we have created a tradition of excellence.

The Cork ‘N Cleaver located in Evansville Indiana, opened up its doors in 1974. It was originally associated with Chart House and there were approximately 80 restaurants. Referred to as many by “The Cork” has been locally owned and operated since 2001.
